• Experience in SAP projects with good track of records
• Project Management certificate i.e.: PRINCE2 or PMP (preferencial)
• Reporting (benchmarks, metrics, dashboards, etc.) with good communication

• Very good skills of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;
• Very good organizational, time management and communication skills;
• High standards of accuracy, presentation and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a fast changing and challenging environment;
• English speaker;
• Portuguese fluent
• Customer oriented
• Ready to work in international environment
• Forward-thinking, ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

responsabilidades

• Implement projects from initiation stage to operation;
• Assure business requirements are translated into operational
• plans.
• Regarding the projects, you will also managing: costs, change control procedure, timescales, adherence to scope, interdependencies, assess risks and takes action where deviate from agreed tolerances.
• Follow the quality standards.
• Update own working methods and means (documentation)
• Develop and deliver a project business requirement statement.
• Actively define and monitor all project phases;
• Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project;
• Keep the project plans updated together with deliverables (e.g. presentations,
• communications and other documentation as required);
• Set goals, work packages for the project;
• Prepares realistic plans;
• Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all relevant stakeholder.
