We are currently hiring an HR Assistant for a multinational company.
O que terás de fazer
- Gather payroll data (Punch clock management, staff absenteeism, extra time control;
- Staff vacation record;
- Payroll preparation;
- Food allowance management – new cards request and sending reload file;
- Social security and FCT communication;
- Recruitment – prepares job descriptions, posts job ads and manages hiring process;
- Draws labour agreements;
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures;
- Staff health and work accident insurance communication;
- Develops and records training and development programs;
- Develops and delivers onboarding material;
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies;
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements;
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics;
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance;
- keep the organization updated regarding labour laws – general and specific to this sector;
O que precisas de garantir
- Knowledge in labor laws and disciplinary procedures;
- Payrool rules;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Organizational skills;
- Good verbal and written communications Skills;
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude;
- Strong ethics and reliability
