competências

• The main requirements are the following:
• University degree in IT;
• Ability to manage projects, work on own initiative and as part of the team;
• Extensive background in endpoint technologies (Hardware & Software);
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure core services (AD, GPO, Networking, Security);
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Client Operating Systems;
• Very good knowledge of Scripting, preferred AutoIT;
• Experience with Desktop Management solutions, preferred Ivanti EPM (LANdesk);
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English language: oral and written;
• Ability to communicate and work in an international and in a multicultural environment.

responsabilidades

• This role includes the following tasks:
• Windows Client OS and Software deployment automation and fine tuning;
• Review, testing and validation of software applications and packages;
• Client computer hardware evaluation and testing;
• Drive or participate in the study phase and evolution of new technologies and systems;
• Ensure standards and best practices are understood and followed in this domain;
• Create and maintain documentation and provide Level 3 support;
• Perform training for local and central IT operations teams;
• Participate and contribute to projects of other IT departments.
