Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational company focused on the automotive industry sector and they are looking for a Compensations Manager.

In this position YOU WILL manage, coordinate, and administer compensation programs and policies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compensation function in Europe and Northern Africa. You will report directly into the Head of Compensation & Benefits located in Germany.You will also:
Act as an advisor and educator with all matters linked to compensation and benefits
Roll-out and facilitate Regional Compensation programs to local HR
Conduct Job Evaluation and ensure cross-country equity
Administration and coordination of administration programs as well as merit and bonus processes
Improvement of processes to ensure that our corporate pay philosophy remains market competitive but also compatible with our company philosophy
Analyzing changes in salaries and or/ salary bands that deviate from policy or job structure
Design and conduct compensation surveys and benchmark positions and salaries throughout the organization
Perform special compensation analysis and projects (eg. Comp in SAP SuccessFactors) as requested
competências
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of about 5-7 years in Human Resources,Track record in HR / Compensation Consultancy and international manufacturing company
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
University degree of Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent work experience
Advanced handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Very good knowledge of English in spoken and written (mandatory)
