Descrição:Vertente Humana is currently recruiting Greek and English speakers for a renowned company located in Porto.
Our cliente is specialized in customer relations.
Tasks:
- Answering calls;
- Handling e-mails/tickets/chats of doubts/questions/complaints.
Requisitos:
Who you are:
- Fluency in Greek C1/C2 (mandatory);
- Fluency in English C1/C2 (mandatory);
- Empathy and good communication skills;
- Good computer skills from the user's perspective;
Condições:
• We offer employment contract, initial and continue training and attractive salaries that match your skill set and language!
• Work schedule - Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm) - rotating clearances
• Work from Office in Porto.
