Vertente Humana is currently recruiting French Customer Service Representatives for a renowned Multinacional Company located in Oporto.
Competent, friendly and efficient - that is how professional customer service looks today. Be it per phone, e-mail or even chat, you will be our customers' first point of contact.
Responsabilities:
- Customer support for banking and E-commerce services.
Requisitos:
Profile:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French (mandatory);
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Schedule:
Full-time between 8 a.m and 7 p.m. (Rotative schedules and rotative days off)
