Descrição:Vertente Humana, a human resources company, is recruiting for prestigious client in the real estate sector.
Functions:
- Management of the Board's agenda.
- Perform and Receive phone calls
- Administrative support.
- Act as a point of contact between architects, suppliers, customers, engineers, and other external partners.
Work schedule: 40 hours per week
Days off: Weekends
Location: Lisbon
Requisitos:
Profile:
- Minimum educational qualifications at the level of the 12th year
- Minimum experience of 1 year in similar functions.
- Domain Office tools.
- Ease of rapid adaptation to new work environments.
- Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and sympathy.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Organized person with attention to detail and with time management capability
