As a Credit and Collections / Credit to Cash Specialist, your main role will be to manage the following tasks:- Proactively handle collections within a portfolio of customers, based on policies and procedures defined by the company;
- Build relationship and credibility with internal and external customers;
- Ensuring proper financial measures for collections;
- Advising on reconciliation and under/over payments;
- Handle insolvencies;
